It appears that Qt is ported for Raspberry Pi. We haven't played with it, but we assume it works well enough to run PixyMon (which isn't a complex Qt program). Libusb certainly works on Raspberry Pi – so our guess is it would be an easy recompile. Maybe someone could shed more light on this, but we're thinking it'll be easy to get working, especially once Linux support is released.
