====== Installing PixyMon on Mac ====== You will need a USB mini cable for your computer to talk to Pixy. This cable isn't included with Pixy. {{wiki:img:3585af1d6704b406f09cdcddbe4a8296d78bf6cc.jpg?300}} Download the latest PixyMon version [[https://pixycam.com/downloads-pixy1/|here]]. Once you have downloaded the file, use the Finder to browse to the download directory and double-click on the DMG file. When the DMG file is finished mounting, you should see a new Finder window with the PixyMon application inside it. Simply drag PixyMon into your Applications directory, and you're done installing PixyMon on your Mac. {{wiki:img:57b193032a7e21f76a4ecb11c6610b54f12996ab.png?350}} Now plug in your Pixy into your computer with a USB mini cable. {{wiki:img:02b24d754817fa0ab92e7ecfd68a0e392b4ff115.jpg?200}}\\ {{wiki:img:35737130527030845b5159ee0b8320fc37b42ce9.jpg?200}} And run PixyMon by double-clicking on PixyMon in your Applications directory. PixyMon will connect to your Pixy and start displaying "CCB1" data. (This is the default data that's streamed from Pixy, consisting of a list of detected objects, their locations and sizes, but since Pixy probably hasn't learned any color signatures yet, this information won't be very interesting.) {{wiki:img:b5fbc9ff8c4aff75167b7ae9ee624a291ea90041.png?500}} What's next?
